Internship Experience at NCS Pte. Ltd

Underwent an internship at NCS as part of the Service Desk Team. Our primary objective was to provide IT support to multiple government agencies. I handled first-level troubleshooting, case management, and the escalation of application-specific issues to the appropriate resolving teams.

Responsible for logging and tracking user issues reported through me, ensuring cases were accurately documented and addressed promptly in accordance with the service level agreement (SLA).

Through these responsibilities, I strengthened my problem-solving skills and became familiar with the standard operating procedures used in a fast-paced government service desk environment.
